Quotes from Colleagues and Parents:

The Director of Program Development was always open to ideas. One of her favorite statements was always “bring me a proposal, I’ll see what I can do”. We all knew if we brought a great proposal, she would genuinely give it a shot; she was that open to trying something new.

Thank you for sharing your views openly with me about my doubts around choices. You are one of a few of people I can trust fully at the school.

YOU are just a general all-around badass! You do so, so much for everyone behind the scenes. It’s pretty incredible how much knowledge you have about how things work and why!

Keep Doing: Switching up between you presenting and the group working and sharing ideas, coming back to ISNS and how what we are discussing applies to us as a school and our roles, switching up the groups giving opportunities to work with others in different areas, being open and honest about areas of challenge or that could have gone better.

I enjoyed today’s activity a lot and I found it very useful!
I felt connected to the school philosophy and IB philosophy. It resembled with my values. At first I found the third column a bit confusing but when the word PRACTICES was emphasised, it clicked and made sense.
It’s true that when you discover yourself it is easier to link why you are here and what you are doing. Thank you for giving the opportunity to self-reflect and tie yourself to what you’re doing at work.
